Feb 4, 2021 HILLMAN VFW Auxiliary 2356 of Hillman was called to order on Feb. 2, 2021 by the President Tom Brown, with 14 members in attendance. The auxiliary thanks the members for attending. Business was taken care of with a donation going to Tunnel 2 Towers, Valentine Cheer bags going to Medilodge, Hillman’s Haven and area residents who are alone. This is done with the hope of cheering those who are alone during this pandemic these are tough times on everyone, especially those living alone. An update was given on the Lorraine LaPorte embezzlement case by Linda Prosser. The Gold Star Family was rescheduled for Feb. 21 at 12:30 p.m. at the Hall. The auxiliary has three families who are Gold Star Families and the auxiliary will be in contact with them. Due to COVID-19, the auxiliary must restrict each invited member to one more family member only. ....
