Now, the inbound norristown highspeed lane was coming into the Transportation Center when it crashed into a parked and unoccupied train. There were more than three dozen people on board at the time. Many were injured in this crash. And we spoke to one of the passengers after he got off the train. Heres what happened to him. An Early Morning collision under investigation. One of septas 26 cars crashed into another parked at 69th street terminal injuring 42 people. There should have been an indicator that there was a train on that track. The engineer says investigators will look at everything from the on Board Technology signed to avoid a collision to the trains latest inspection reports. Automatic train control is supposed to slow or a train from speeding. He wants to know why it didnt. Neighbors tell us has seen increasing drug activity. About 10 00 oclock this morning our officers were dispatched for some subjects smoking people thought they were smoking narcotics in the rear of a 1528 address on elmwood avenue. This is an apartment complex.
