particularly right now with democracy under attack. and we re giving thanks for some of our most favorite conversations. each of these individuals in their own way is on the front lines of protecting democracy. one of those fortunate voices is legendary conservative legal scholar judge michael ludig. he s a conservative s conservative. he was short listed to be named to the u.s. supreme court. as one of the star witnesses during the january 6th select committee hearings, judge luting called out donald trump as a clear danger to the democracy. you ll recall when the twice impeached four times indicted ex-president pressured pence to overturn the election results pence called luttig for advice and he told him legally and constitutionally he could not help trump do what he wanted to do. now the judge is sounding the alarm again about another constitutional question. does trump s role in the insurrection not just make him a really, really bad clois to be the commander in chief, b
