The counsel of dhs look at that . Yes, sir. Did they provide you something in writing . No, sir. So how did they just told you . Well, its pretty simple. Straightforward, mr. Chairman. So it wasnt hard for them to explain it to me. Well, i would, as chair, wed like to get it in writing. Because i think the court was fairly clear that your present position was not consistent with the law. And any way of trying to massage it just gets around it. But i well look forward to getting that correction. I yield back. The chair now recognizes the gentleman from new york for five minutes. Thank you, madam chair. Mr. Cucinelli, anything else you want to add to the last line of inquiry before we proceed to other questions . I would just point out the timeline. It might help understand the ruling. To go to and nobody to really hear our stories. I think instead of just floundering around, we really have to sit down and ask the community to step forward and be participants and not to be controlling. Thats the same thing that patients feel, that they are controlled. You cant do that to human beings. Thats true. I agree. So to step away from that, i would love to be a part of that. Im hopeful. I feel the winds of change are blowing where they will take us, anyone knows but i agree. As a nurse, i think that was the problem that essentially what we are dealing is the history of when Behavioral Health was created years ago nobody had ever done it. All they did was unbundle the state health services. We are still dealing with the effect of that because in the State Hospital services nobody talked about vocational rehab. Nobody talked about this. All they talked about high level Emergency Care and the case management. It never got beyond that. The other part of that is where the funding

Information get passed so if someone comes into contact with a cognitive disability and they are being uncooperative giving their drivers license, that maybe i should get their id. Does that information come across . That is one of the sides we need to work on because there is a lot of theoretical information in the training and there is some scenarios, but its not integrated into every course. So there is many courses where we have scenarios and other courses where we dont. So, i think thats really one of our big next challenges is to make sure that that exact thing being replicated in all of these other areas that we are able to talk that through and if the officers get a chance to practice that and that there is a collective feedback given. Part of that is not having paid staff for this. One big shift that did happen is we got administrative staff from the Police Department and that has helped hugely because its a lot to coordinate and put all of this stuff together. So we have the
