In this Surveillance Video the victim has no idea whats she approaches the Street Corner and casually steps off the curb when suddenly she is knocked to the ground by a stray bullet. Seconds later bystanders come running and police are on the scene in less than a minute. Paramedics later confirm that the woman was she was screaming, yelling.
