One in Eight Women Receive a Breast Cancer Diagnosis in Rutherford County

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, TN - October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and Breast Surgery Specialist Dr. Lindsay Keith says there are more tools in determining who may be at a higher risk of having breast cancer. Dr. Keith is the only Fellowship Trained Breast Surgeon in Murfreesboro and performs surgeries at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital.

MURFREESBORO, Tenn.- Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Foundation has announced the 11th Annual Wine Around the Square. The event will take place on Saturday, October 22,  in the historic Downtown Square in Murfreesboro to honor Drs. Max and Mary Moss. 11th Annual Wine Around the Square set for October 22

The 11th Annual Wine Around the Square, benefiting the Power of Pink Fund, will return to Murfreesboro this October. Funds raised at the event will provide mammography for underinsured and uninsured women in Rutherford County, including screenings, diagnostics, ultrasounds and MRIs.
The Power of Pink Fund also supports two Mobile Mammography Coaches that serve 26 counties in Middle Tennessee, as well as the Cancer Wellness Program at Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford. Wine Around the Square is . ....
