Its operation and the reserve program and started in 2005 in new york city and was successful there and ex357bded to other locations in the east coat and midwest and now bringing to San Francisco. Through the procurement process the contractor submitted a well thought out comprehensive model here they will serve as an a liliate to the program and use infrastructure such as program trls and a data base system. Theyre able to access reserve executive staff in new york for consultation during the roll out and operation. Some of the steps taken to adapt this program to San Francisco include most notably the inclusion with adults with disabilities as a target population for services in this program.
