I think anyone who has followed the Postal Service over the past couple of years know that we have been consistently making changes to our delivery schedule. It is an important part of our strategy returning back to Financial Stability and it is absolutely necessary to make that move. Before i get into the details of the announcement, i would like to spend a couple of minutes discussing the financial reasons for this scheduled delivery change.
