那时的哈玉莲年近四十，她坦言，因为家中琐事多，高中毕业的她很久没有在外工作。对她来说，既没有一技之长，又实在没法外出打工。“那段时间，眉头一直皱在一起，社区工作人员了解到我家中的情况后，主动来到家里和我详细地谈了谈，之后帮我安置到黄河东路街道福通社区从事公益性岗位，来辅助社区专干、网格员开展工作。”

走进金沙江畔"西藏解放第一村" 感受沧桑巨变-中新网

　　位于金沙江畔的岗托村，与四川甘孜藏族自治州德格县隔江相望，是从四川入藏的咽喉要塞。“岗托”，藏语意为“人口集中之地”。

　　70年前，横亘于岗托村和德格县之间的金沙江，成为阻碍十八军进藏的天险。“渡江全靠牛皮船。”83岁的岗托村村民泽旺平措回忆，村民知道解放军要过来的消息，非常兴奋，安排9艘牛皮筏子迎接。

　　1950年10月7日凌晨，十八军强渡金沙江，打响了昌都战役的第一枪。“我们在睡觉，听到枪声就醒了。”普巴回忆，自己当时与父母住在山上的房子里，后来才知是十八军与藏军交战。傍晚，战斗基本结束，岗托村解放，成为西藏第一个升起五星红旗的地方。
