Multiple fire crews were called to battle a three-alarm building fire that erupted in Portland early Saturday morning, according to the Portland Fire Department.

The Portland Fire Department responded to an all-hands fire at 4 Highland Ave. on Peaks Island Thursday. As of around 5:30 p.m., the department reported via Twitter the fire was out.
According to the Portland Fire Department, two buildings, a vehicle, and a boat were fully involved in the fire and are considered a total loss.
There were no reported injuries. Fire investigators are working to determine the cause of the fire.

A fire that broke out Thursday afternoon on Peaks Island destroyed two buildings, a boat and a van, and its cause remained under investigation Thursday evening, the Portland Fire Department said. No one was injured.
The fire department sent the Portland Fire Boat to the island to battle the blaze at 4 Highland Ave., which was reported around 2:30 p.m.
