A GORSLAS man must pay more than £800 in a fine and costs after failing to identify the driver of a vehicle thought to have committed an offence. Hywel Rhys Landry, of Cross Hands Road, Gorslas, failed to give information of the driver of a Ford Mondeo alleged to have been guilty of an offence. The 36-year-old found the case against him proved under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £90 costs, totally £816. His driving licence was endorsed with six points. A charge of speeding at 39mph in a 30mph zone on the B4310 Porthyrhyd, on January 27 was withdrawn. ....
