Industrial units planned for Anglesey to provide post Covid-19 employment boost

Plans have been unveiled to build new industrial units in the heart of Anglesey, which could provide a post-Covid employment boost.
An application has been submitted for seven such units at a currently empty plot on the Bryn Cefni Industrial Park, covering almost 8,000 square metres.
Submitted by Port Properties Ltd, the supporting documents note: “The typical end user envisaged are business uses requiring relatively small but flexible floorspace for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s).
“There is an identified demand in the market for units to meet the needs of SME’s, and this proposal seeks to contribute towards meeting this demand in Llangefni. ....
