Imagine using what children love to teach them important life skills. For example, video games to teach problem-solving, critical-thinking skills along with science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).  
Children learn these skills as they are taught to build video games at Code Ninjas, an international company founded in 2016. At Code Ninjas centers in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, students learn to code by building their own video games.  
Ryan Clark recently opened his second Code Ninjas center in Northeast Florida. The first is in Fleming Island and this one serves students in Ponte Vedra. 
“The foundation of this approach begins with an awareness of the importance of technology in our lives,” Clark said. “As we see a dependence on that technology growing rapidly, it is critical for us to understand how technology affects every aspect of our lives.
