It is an annual bird monitoring programme meant for the state of Tamil Nadu where people are asked to observe birds for a minimum of 15 minutes and record the sightings. This year, the PBC will begin from Thursday. The people who observe the birds are asked to upload sightings into bird listing and documentation platform eBird . ....
