The Ponca City Arts Festival, one of Oklahoma’s longest running arts festivals, will be held on Sept. 22 from 5 pm to 8 pm, and Sept. 23 from 9 am to 4 pm at Cann Gardens in Ponca City. For 48 years, artists from around the region gather at the Ponca City Arts Festival to share their art with this area.
