THAT IS WHAT SUPERINTENDENT DR. MARTY POLLIO TOLD WARD MEMBERS THURSDAY BUT HE SAID MULTIPLE THINGS HAVE TO FALL IN PLACE BEFORE THAT INCLUDING THE NEARLY 13,000 TEACHERS AND STAFF GETTING VACCINATED. TALKING TO SUPERINTENDENTS AROUND THE STATE, IT’S ANYWHERE FROM 15% TO 20% HIGHER THAN OTHER DISTRICTS. REPORTER: STARTING FRIDAY, JCPS EMPLOYEES WILL GET THEIR FIRST SHOT. THE SECOND DOSE, A BOOSTER, WILL BE ADMINISTERED FROM LATE FEBRUARY TO EARLY MARCH. IN BETWEEN THE FIRST ROUND AND THE BOOSTER, WE RECOMMEND YOU BRING A SCHOOL PLAN.
