Police, fire, and EMS responded to a report of an unresponsive person on South Commercial Street. The person found was a man and was dead. ( Jeffrey Hastings)
MANCHESTER, NH Manchester police, fire, and AMR Ambulance responded Sunday to an area off South Commercial Street near the railroad tracks.
Fire and AMR were advised of a person found that was unresponsive, and according to the dispatch log, not breathing at all.
The person was found deceased at about 1:35 p.m. and not transported to the hospital. Manchester police took control. Detectives could be seen taking photographs and gathering evidence. The office of the New Hampshire State Medical Examiner s office was also notified. ....
