However, aside from assuming that science is foolproof, there’s plenty of hypocrisy involved in this political battle cry. Although perhaps the most hypocritical thing is that politicians and the media will demand that we “listen to the science” when it fits their narratives yet they avoid it like the plague whenever it will prove them wrong.
