Zachary Kier sentenced in hit and run crash that injured couple in Marysville Published article CASE UPDATE December 15, 2020 - Zachary Kier was sentenced last week to serve 6 and a half years in prison for the hit and run crash in 2019 that severely injured a couple as well as a passenger in his own vehicle. He was also ordered to undergo 18 months of supervision by the Department of Corrections once he is released.
