In the first of our five-part series on the stories behind some fascinating and frightening objects on display at the Police Museum, a woman comes back from the grave to point an accusatory finger at her husband. They look like what they are, pale arms and hands reaching out from beyond the grave. A little gruesome and confronting, the display at the Police Museum in Porirua clearly shows the signs of the ligature marks on the wrists of murder victim Jane Patience.
