Police make arrest in Vincennes rape investigation dating back to 2008
Police say the rape happened back in November of 2008.

VINCENNES, Ind. (WTHI) - The cold case is concerning a sexual assault in 2008. It happened around Thanksgiving. According to police, a man entered an apartment on West Saint Clair Street in Vincennes. After entering the apartment, that man sexually assaulted a 21-year-old woman. The Vincennes Police Department released composites and renewed its efforts in January.
Vincennes Police chief Robert Dunham says, I m glad to let everybody know that yesterday our offender was picked up on a warrant on the charges from Knox county. He was picked up in Polk County Florida.
