CLEARFIELD A Coalport man is facing felony firearm charges for allegedly threatening a vehicle of men offering free home improvement estimates in his neighborhood.
State police say that on Nov. 17, John M. Ruffaner, 47, became angry when he learned that four men from a construction company were knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell at his home.
After he returned from work, he traveled around the area in an effort to find their vehicle.
When he found the four men driving around Irvona, he passed their vehicle and then pulled in front of them to block them from moving.
