The Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force said the late Police Constable Robbin-Jah Spencer is being accorded a full military funeral today. The police officer, who died by drowning on March 17, 2024, in an area between Brighton Bay and Salt Pond Beach referred to as ‘the deep’ will be buried today, Friday April 5, 2024, at the Kingstown Cemetery after his funeral service at the Kingstown Baptist. ....
