An arraignment for a Muscatine man accused of burglarizing the Welch Apartments, 220 Iowa Avenue, has been scheduled for 11 a.m. Feb. 2 in Muscatine County Court.
Assistant community development director Andrew Fangman said the owners of Welch Apartments have been given official notice to have the building stabilized to allow entry inside of 60 days.
With the snip of an extra-large pair of scissors on a ceremonial ribbon, the Muscatine Community College (MCC) DeWitt Career Advancement Center was officially open to the public.
