福州市第三代社保卡7月1日起正式发行

　　据福州市人力资源和社会保障局相关负责人介绍，第三代社保卡与第二代社保卡相比，不仅具备身份凭证、就医购药、自助查询等基本社会保障应用，更是一张“一卡多用，全国通用”的社会保障卡，覆盖了人社、金融、民生等三大领域应用场景，并开启了“卡码合一”移动互联网应用模式。　　“三山两塔”的水印彰显福州元素　　八家制卡银行供市民自由选择　　福州市本次发行第三代社保卡，合作银行由原有的1家增至8家，包括海峡银行、工商银行、农业银行、中国银行、建设银行、邮储银行、农信社、兴业银行。社保卡服务银行网点由原来的56个增至1020个，覆盖全市六区六县，实现了社保卡服务“就近办”“上门办”“网上办”，同时解决了过去持卡群众异地开通社保卡金融账户难的问题，为第三代社保卡“全国通用”提供了服
