Stressed out by long queues at roadblocks

I AM writing on behalf of many suffering Malaysians who have to endure the inconvenience of being stuck in long traffic queues when going to work and returning home due to roadblocks mounted by the police.
After exiting the Lunas toll booth (Butterworth-Kulim Expressway), vehicles from five lanes are forced to converge on a single lane to pass the roadblock there. Hence, it is utter chaos as drivers try to manoeuvre their vehicles into one lane. There will be one, or sometimes, two policemen on duty at that lane. Initially, three lanes were open, with one for lorries and two for cars. Now, it is usually just one, hence those of us going to work in the morning will have to go through this frustrating jam caused purely by the authorities’ lack of empathy and care for the hardworking citizens of this country. ....
