i mean, is this the type, or even primary rhetoric that comes back to haunt you in a bad way, come next november? i don t think that either governor perry or governor romney have gone so far out in anything they ve said to make it difficult for them to be a viable candidate for the presidency in the fall of 2012. i don t think so. i don t buy that. and these are two skillful politicians, people who are very skilled communicators. and right now they ve got a lot of momentum. certainly perry has lots and lots of momentum. people see him as somebody who is not afraid to speak the truth. he did a great job of clarifying his position on social security. saying that we ve got to be honest with ourselves. and with the people who are coming along who expect to have it. that s what you want in the president. that candidness. that kind of honesty. david, last question here. well, my former boss, bill clinton, used to say that democrats want to fall in love, and republicans just want to fal
