made public. yesterday during a normal status conference to move forward with scheduling, attorneys for the government mentioned some potential classified information meaning that susman s team would need to get special clearance before reviewing some potentially sensitive information. susman was indicted a week ago today into the correspondins of the trump-russia investigation. mr. durham claims susman, an attorney for the the hillary clinton campaign in 2016 went to the informs saying i have some information linked donald trump to russia. in 2 1/2 years durham has charged two people in the probe. susman and this man on your screen, kevin kleinschmidt, a former f.b.i. attorney who pled guilty last year to falsifying a document used to apply for the application to surveil trump campaign aide carter page. while kleinschmidt pled guilty there is no indication that michael susman plans to do the same. he plans to fight this i m told.
