Back down to our breaking news in oakland where fire crews are at the scene of a warehouse fire at west and apcar street. It started around 2 30 about 2 1 2 hours ago this morning. And that there is at least one burn victim in the fire. Neighbors say the warehouse had been red tagged in the past but people were still living inside the building and that there was a lot of debris inside as well. What ive been told is theres a timeline for procedures to shut a building down as it were. And those procedures wereunderway but people were still living there.
