Hurricane sandy is about to make landfall near Atlantic City, but the impact of this storm is being felt all along the east coast. The governors of 14 states from North Carolina to maine have declared states of emergency. Lets get the latest now from cbs news hurricane consultant David Bernard. David . Good evening, anthony.
