近期，多只绩优基金纷纷发布公告限购。Wind数据显示，金鹰民族新兴上半年收益率达53.15%。金鹰基金近日连发两次关于金鹰民族新兴暂停大额申购的公告。公告显示，7月5日起，金鹰基金对金鹰民族新兴的申购（含转换转入及定投）投资进行大额限额，单日单个基金账户累计申购（含转换转入及定投）基金份额的最高金额为200万元（含）。7月7日起，金鹰民族新兴的申购限额进一步降至不超过10万元（含）。金鹰基金表示，此举是为保� ....

　　对于基金限购的原因，盈米基金研究院高级研究员王帆分析认为，业绩优异的基金往往会受到市场追捧，吸引大量资金，投资者的积极申购导致产品规模快速增长，短期内会给基金经理的投资运作带来一定压力，同时还会摊薄基金收益，基金限购通过控制申购端资金的流入，可以维持基金规模的相对稳定，减少对基金净值的冲击，有利于基金经理对产品进行及时有效的调整，是一种保护投资者利益的方式。
　　一位在管规模较小的基金经理表示，也希望限制汹涌而至的申购资金。在他看来，上半年业绩较好主要是几只重仓股贡献的收益，资金的不断流入，将迫使做其它的配置，“一方面，原有重仓股的买点并不理想，另一方面，新的方向拓展，不确定性较大，不断流入的资金可能最终稀释投资收益，给新进入的投资者带来不好的投资体 ....
