(Infographic courtesy of OCD Bicol) LEGAZPI CITY - Several Bicol provinces are now placed under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2 as Typhoon Odette intensified as it moves toward the Viayas Region, the state weather bureau said Thursday. In its 11 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said "Odette" was last tracked 330 kilometers (km) east of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte. Under TCWS No. 2 are the southern portion of Albay (City of Tabaco, Malilipot, Rapu-Rapu, Bacacay, Sto. Domingo, Legazpi City, Manito, Camalig, Daraga, Jovellar, Guinobatan, Pio Duran, Ligao City, Oas), and the provinces of Sorsogon and Masbate including Ticao and Burias Island. TCWS No. 1 has been hoisted over Catanduanes, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and the rest of Albay.
