Man dies after car hits driveway, rolls multiple times
The 29-year-old Grand Rapids man was killed in the Sunday morning crash.

A driver was killed in northern Minnesota after he hit a driveway approach and rolled several times early Sunday morning.
The incident reported at 1:30 a.m., happened on 44th Avenue Southwest in Pine River Township, northwest of Pine River.
The Minnesota State Patrol says a 2006 Chevy Malibu left the road and went into the east ditch, striking a driveway and rolling multiple times.
The driver, a 29-year-old man from Grand Rapids, was killed in the crash.
The State Patrol says he wasn t wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. He is expected to be identified in the coming days. ....

A 29-year-old Grand Rapids man was killed in a car accident in Cass County early Sunday morning.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Vincent David Kordiak was driving a Chevy Malibu southbound on 44th Ave SW in Pine River Township shortly after 1:30 when it left the roadway south of 4th St. SW and went into the east ditch.
The State Patrol said the Chevy then struck a driveway and rolled multiple times.
Kordiak was killed in the crash.
The State Patrol says he was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
The Cass County Sheriff s Office, and Backus Fire Department assisted the State Patrol on scene. ....

BACKUS Cass County started the process of establishing its own gravel pits to be used for county needs.
At the Cass County Board’s Tuesday, March 2, meeting, County Administrator Josh Stevenson led the discussion of beginning the process for county gravel pits to be established in section three of Pine River Township and section 19 of Walden Township. The main concern from public speakers was the proposed site in Pine River Township is near a couple of privately owned gravel pits, and would compete with private companies. ....
