Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot began Wednesday with an apparent offer of an olive branch to his former deputy and current rival, Sachin Pilot ahead of next week's Assembly election.
"We are all singularly focused on making the yatra a great grand success so that it remains in the minds and memories of the people for years and generations to come," the former Union minister said.
Taking a potshot at his rival, the former Rajasthan deputy chief minister noted that Ghulam Nabi Azad had resigned from the Congress after he was praised by the prime minister.
