Im just starting my fourth year, im the 16th president of the university so people tend to serve in this job for a long time. What are some of your priorities as president . Well, its really Pretty Simple for me, im very interested in accessibilities and affordability. For qualifies minnesotan s and im interested in the university providing a truly excellent education for those students. Also interested in being sure that we help drive the economy of the state of minnesota, that were the home of inventions and innovations in medical care, science and engineering and we also have a critically important responsibility to maintain the liberal arts and be a place where Creative Work of all kinds takes place.
