Police in Dong Da District, Hanoi confirmed on Tuesday evening they had apprehended and initiated legal proceedings against Nguyen Van Duc, 24, who hails from north-central Thanh Hoa Province, for holding another person in custody against the law. Trieu Ong Nhat, 25, Hoang Ong Nhat, 23, and Luong Thanh Mieu, 23, were also captured for the same offense.
