Theres no practical way to move them out at the space where they currently are so the big effort now has to be to provide care for them they are in the country and that would apply also to Health Care Providers many of whom sadly have also been infected and hundreds of them have died as a result of ebola. But the big push has to be to get things on the ground in liberia and sierra leone to make it possible to treat those who become infected and reduce the number of new infections. But that went away when they pulled everybody out so why wont they do at least a vote on syria and say, yes or no, you should go in or you shouldnt go in .
