关于通识教育，目前并没有形成一个统一的共识，而且随着国家的发展和时代的变化，所谓“通识”的内容也在不断变化。我们认为，通识教育一般而言是指超越各学科专业教育之上的人的共同属性、公民的共性、技能的共性和文化的共性知识和能力，是对社会中不同人群的共同认识和价值观的培养。
