famous names together, this music was very controversial. they bought shares in time warner and showed up to shareholder meeting meetings and protested demanding the executives remove the wrappers. needless to say they refused to do so. within a couple months morris was fired. he picked himself up and he dusted himself off and he began one of the second acts of american music business. signing all those same artists and cornering the market. in 2000 he signed the largest contract anyone ever seen and he made $200 million over the next ten years. when he did that he was presiding over an empire. that was because of a third guy guy who was really the most fascinating guy of all. his name was del glover and he was a compact disc manufacturing worker at a plant here in north carolina. he worked the packaging line so all the discs would come in a state right past him every day. there were about 1 million discs in a single day. because of all the big signings that were happen ....
