The former Western military leaders, including the Estonian member of the European Parliament and the former commander of the Estonian Defence Forces, Riho Terras, are demanding that Ukraine be supplied with air defences; the petition was signed by 15 former military leaders from the US, the UK, Latvia, Germany and Lithuania – including Philip M. Breedlove, a former Supreme Allied Commander Europe of NATO.
