共青团吹响集结号浙江青年迎战“烟花”
　　早在“烟花”生成不久，团浙江省委就关注台风走向，提前谋划，7月23日就又发出号召：要求全省各级团组织把共青团员、青年志愿者、各青年组织动员起来，立刻向当地党委党支部报到、请战！
　　团宁波市委第一时间发出“投身防台防汛一线发挥生力军突击队作用”的倡议，组织青年突击队，成立青年巡查队，参与排水安保、危房巡查、入户宣传、人员转移等。团台州市委、台州市青年志愿者协会发布抗击“烟花”台风青年志愿服务行动令，并迅速组建起89支青年志愿服务队，主动承担“急、难、险、重”任务。团嘉兴市委调动超过2000个基层团组织、3万余名团员青年、青年志愿者，投身防汛抗台一线。
