The Philippines has targeted improvement at the 2022 Asian Games in Hangzhou after confirming the sports the country hopes to compete in.  
Filipino athletes brought home four gold medals from the Jakarta-Palembang 2018 edition but officials want a much better return in the Chinese city next year.
It is hoped the country can continue their momentum from the 2019 Southeast Asian Games, which the Philippines dominated on home soil.
They topped the medal table with 149 golds and a total haul of 387.
Vietnam, in second place, were well behind on 98 golds and 288 medals in total but only 11 nations contest the Southeast Asian Games. ....
