Reported sexual assaults down at Central Mass. campuses in 2019

Rapes and fondling reported on college campuses in 2019 were down in Central Massachusetts from the previous year, new reports filed by local colleges last month show.
Even leaving out the case of Holy Cross, which saw an extremely anomalous 104 fondling incidents reported in 2018 drop to zero reports in 2019, there were nine fewer reported on-campus sexual offenses at the region’s colleges combined, according to the federally mandated Clery Act reports those schools filed in 2020. ....
