UPDATE: Former Bucks County Councilman Found Dead Near Delaware River

A former councilman from Bucks County was found dead after being reported missing. David Nay, 55, of Morrisville, was reported missing to Solebury Township police on May 5, having last been seen on April 29 around 2 p.m., launching an investigation. Nay s white pick up truck was found at Washington Crossing Park on River Road in Solebury, unoccupied, police said. An extensive search of the park land, Delaware Canal and River was conducted throughout the day and evening and extended into May 6. A search crew from the Pennsylvania Department of National Resources and Bucks County Park rangers found Nay s body in the park around 1:30 p.m. May 6, local police said.

Family devastated after Jalen Maxwell, 13, goes missing

The 13-year-old Philadelphia boy whose disappearance last week left his family and school community devastated was found safe Monday, police said. Jalen Maxwell, who was reported missing Friday, was found at an abandoned house in the city’s Port Richmond neighborhood, according to police.

Jennifer Gugger wasn t fired,  she was reassigned while her conduct is being investigated pursuant to official Philadelphia Police Dept. policy.  For the record, she made several Twitter posts over several months indicating that she strongly supported QAnon which the FBI has designated a domestic terror threat.  As for her strongly worded remarks about Mike Pense, strongly worded is an understatement.  Currently, the lawyers are carefully reviewing her statements in order to determine if any exceeded her First Amendment rights.   At the very least, she showed remarkably poor judgment given the official police department ethics policy to which she supposedly swore an oath to.
