Halpern and San Francisco alliance. The San Francisco suite of mr. Halpern works. Where are they going to fund it. It states the nclb tutoring money and we went into waiver to free that money. We got about 700,000 freed up by going into core waiver and now you are spending 13 percent of that money plowed back into same consultantcy to pay for the core waiver. Is this just the beginning of feeding this alternate bureaucratic structure. Do you have other payments that are going to be called for . What exactly is it that we are entering into .
