It s one thing to imagine the future, and quite another to actively plan for the future envisioned.
There are dedicated community leaders – elected and volunteer – working to do both in southeast Fort Wayne, a section of the city ripe for opportunity and development in the forms of new businesses and open spaces for gatherings and recreation. The Southeast Strategy – a bureaucratic name that belies the hands-on nature of the effort – is the mechanism through which ideas have been gathered and plans have been drawn.
