Schol is the Malloch McClean chief executive and has been an independent director of several Invercargill City Council companies. He also serves on the Southern Institute of Technology’s Business Consultative Group and on the St John’s Girls School board of trustees. He provides governance services to the start-up commercial, retail, rural and professional services sectors. McDonald, a KPMG New Zealand partner and board member, has more than 30 years experience in the business advisroy sector, specialising in farming, manufacturing, wholesale and supermarket sectors. He began as a farmer in Southland and now lives in Queenstown where he is a Queenstown Readers and Writers Festival trustee.
