with the police department? that is true, terry. tonight we spoke with her stepfather and he told us he is frustrated because he says hayward police asked the family not to search for stacy, so now he is asking the fbi for help. 22-year-old aguilar was last seen leaving a party in hayward, and witnesses say she left around 1:00 sunday morning with our boyfriend and her family reported her missing on monday and now police say she is dead, the victim of a homicide. as a result of our investigation we developed information and evidence that she is possibly the victim of a homicide. police have not found her body and made no arrests, and stacy s stepfather spoke to us on the phone and police requested her boyfriend and let him go, and he told us, i don t know why they let him go, and that s why we are mad. he said they are frustrated the police asked the family not to search for stacy. he told us police are not letting us do anything. police say they believe stacy was kille
