Broad Metro, a commercial real estate development company, has announced that its Stadium Trace development project in Hoover is progressing smoothly. The company said Thursday that it is set to begin Phase 2 of the project pending the approval of a Letter of Intent filed by Broad Metro with the Hoover City Council.
The proposal, still being negotiated with the city, includes 11 acres for the city to build a performing arts center, plus a Golf Suites tiered golf range, surgery center, medical office space, and retail and dining space.
