ANN ARBOR, MI Bookbound Bookstore has announced it will close permanently this summer.
Personal reasons, not the pandemic, are prompting the closure of the store at 1729 Plymouth Road in Ann Arbor, owners Megan and Peter Blackshear said.
The Blackshears have been considering the decision for a few years, according to the store’s blog post. They said they love the bookstore, but its time to focus on family, friends and other things they’ve set aside to run the store.
